This It’s My Park season, volunteer with Friends of Spuyten Duyvil at Henry Hudson Park. Explore, enjoy, and care for the park with us on our hands-on Community Opportunity Days! Autumn activities include raking, weeding, seeding, mulching, composting, and other tasks to prep the park for winter. Family-friendly and accessible for all ages and abilities. No experience needed. Gloves, tools, and training provided.
Volunteers should meet within the park. We’ll be working in two areas: North of Kappock along the paths, plaza & bordering lawn and South of Kappock in Paul’s Park beds & plantings near the courts.
