Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage is one of New York’s most beloved, broadly accessible, free outdoor performing arts festivals. From June to October, SummerStage presents free concerts in parks throughout the five boroughs.

Production Assistant is a full-time, seasonal position reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), responsible for providing administrative and staffing support for events at the SummerStage venue in Central Park. The Production Assistant is responsible for liaising between administrative, production, and front of house staff, including coordinating the organization and distribution of all venue equipment, and assisting with artist and staff needs as applicable.
The VIP attendant/custodian will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and custodial duties for the company’s seasonal Members and VIPs at the SummerStage venue in Central Park.
The Site Crew reports to the Venue Manager (VM) and are responsible for creating a clean, orderly, safe, and attractive performing arts venue in Central Park.
Ushers are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests throughout our venue in Central Park. Ushers are assigned various positions throughout the venue including: ticket scanning, guest list check-in, VIP/Membership hospitality, seating assistants, and greeting/escorting at the entrance. Assigned positions vary from show to show.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager of SummerStage, Central Park, the Box Office Representatives’ primary responsibilities are to ensure the efficient operation of the SummerStage VIP/Guest/Press check-in and Box Office/Ticketing areas.
We hire seasonal merch sellers to operate all sale operations for official SummerStage merchandise and artist merchandise.
SummerStage Citywide Production Assistants (PAs) assist with the on-site execution of all venue, staging, security and artist hospitality needs in our Citywide events in all five boroughs, as directed by the Production Manager (PM), SummerStage Citywide.
