Join Partnerships for Parks and Malikah to honor the legacy of Maria Hernandez and beautify the park. This event will also include a self-defense training and a musical performance by Brooklyn’s own MC/DJ M-Tri. Registration is available until the day before the project and walk-ons are welcome. Generous public support is provided by Council Member Jennifer Gutiérrez under the leadership of Speaker Adrienne Adams.

Volunteers should meet by the Park House in the center of the park.
