Join us in preparing for the fifth annual City of Forest Day, taking place on Saturday, October 3, 2026! City of Forest Day is an annual day of activities across New York City to celebrate our urban forest and the role that New Yorkers play in taking care of this vital resource. Activities can range from tree care stewardship to arts and crafts, and anyone can host! Partnerships for Parks is here to support your event vision coming to life. 

In this workshop, you will:

• Become familiar with the necessary steps to make your event happen, from brainstorm to execution.
• Gain inspiration from stories of past City of Forest Day events.
• Learn how Partnerships for Parks can support you with supplies, connections, and other resources.
