NYC Parks Deputy Commissioner Liam Kavanagh and City Parks Foundation Executive Director Heather Lubov will honor the 2018 Partnerships Academy Fellowship participants, who took dedication to their parks to the next level by successfully completing the six-month long Fellowship training program.
