Come out and get active in your neighborhood park! We welcome New Yorkers 60+ to participate in free tennis lessons, yoga, pickleball and fitness walking in neighborhood parks across the city. Activities in this six-week Seniors Fitness program take place twice a week and all equipment is provided.

Seniors Fitness offers free instruction in a variety of fun activities in parks including yoga, walking, tennis and pickleball. Participants of all levels are welcome to get active and socialize. Learn more about programs below.

Learn the basics of this popular sport in your neighborhood park. Our instructors will guide you through proper techniques as you play on the court with fellow participants. All levels of players are welcome and all equipment is provided.
Find inner peace and balance through our weekly yoga lessons. Whether you have never tried or want to keep up a regular practice, participants of all levels are welcome. By practicing yoga, participants can increase mobility and flexibility to ensure a healthy lifestyle.
Try the latest fitness craze: pickleball! This racquet-based game combines tennis and ping-pong for a fun outdoor court game. Easy to learn and played at a comfortable pace, this sport offers a full body workout that will get you hooked. All equipment is provided.
Get moving, explore your local park and meet your neighbors along the way! Our twice-weekly fitness walking program takes participants on group walking excursions to add some healthy movement to their routine.
