In association with World Premiere Entertainment, the old school club jams hit the shores of Staten Island at Stapleton Waterfront Park. Featuring Aly-Us, the New Jersey group best known for their 1992 underground club hit “Follow Me”; Philly vocalist Lady Alma, featured on King Britt’s “When the Funk Hits the Fan”, the Rainmakers’ “Let it Fall,” and many others; Keith Thompson, known for soulful deep house tracks like “Break 4 Love”; Strafe, the Brooklyn group responsible for the iconic and oft-sampled 1984 hit “Set it Off”; Entouch, the New Jack Swing group who had hits at the dawn of the 90s with “II Hype” and “All Nite”; and D-Train, the early ‘80s duo who cracked the Billboard singles chart with “Something’s on Your Mind,” which would later be covered by Miles Davis.
