The NYC Green Relief & Recovery Fund supports nonprofits and groups that provide essential maintenance, stewardship, public programming, and management for parks, community gardens, and open spaces across the five boroughs of New York City. The intent of the funding is to keep parks, gardens, and open spaces green, clean, and safe.

Grant funding of $500 to $3,000 is now available for groups with annual operating budgets up to $15,000 with experience working in NYC’s open spaces and supporting community health and wellness. Grants of $5,000 to $12,500 will be awarded to groups with annual operating budgets of $15,000 to $50,000 who have experience working in NYC’s open spaces.
