Take a midday yoga break and join City Parks Foundation long-time Seniors Fitness instructor, Richard Barcia, for a free online class. This beginner class will focus on proper alignment, breath work and an introduction to a variety of beginner yoga poses. Participants ages 50 and older are recommended to attend.
Registration is required and a class link will be sent prior to the course. You must download the ZOOM video conference platform to participate and have a computer with working video and audio. If you can’t make the course, there will be a recording available on this page.
