Get active with CityParks Play! We welcome New Yorkers 60+ to participate in free yoga lessons with our Senior Fitness Instructors. Classes are available Monday through Friday at various times and will be streamed on ZOOM.
Registration is required and a class link with instructions will be sent prior to the course.
