This year’s AfroLatino Festival NY takes on a new form, welcoming the Cuban singer, composer, and director Dayme Arocena, the Colombian neo soul singer and composer Mabiland, and the Panamanian singer-songwriter Mai-Elka Prado for SummerStage Anywhere’s People Speak Sundays series.
