Become a SummerStage Member for a Day. \nTHE AUSSIE BBQ is an annual celebration of Australian music in Central Park in partnership with Sounds Australia. Flewnt & Inkabee are a father-son hip-hop duo who can count Chance the Rapper and Simon Cowell as fans after performances across SXSW and America’s Got Talent. Tiny Desk alumni Gordi weaves electronic elements into warm\, intimate folk songs with NYLON suggesting she might be the “Female Bon Iver”. Grace Cummings soulful ballads quickly rose out of Melbourne’s indie scene on the strength of her powerful\, distinctive voice\, described by Pitchfork as “a truly dazzling instrument”. PINES combine arresting melodies\, pulse-pounding beats\, and elevated\, atmospheric elements into a distinct\, immersive sonic experience. Garage rockers The Grogans channel ‘60s surf music into a contemporary sound colored by blues and psych rock. THE AUSSIE BBQ at SummerStage will feature the international debut of The Wiggles’ DJ Dorothy Sound System.
