This 5-week program offers unique learning experiences to middle school students during the summer in NYC shoreline parks. Science-based activities coupled with recreational opportunities such as rowing, fishing and field trips allow students to experience our waterways as their own backyards and to learn how to protect them. Students gather what they have learned and reflect their cumulative knowledge and hands-on experiences through fully integrated science projects. Interested youth are invited to apply online for this free program.
