CITYPARKS TRACK MEET 2018

The CityParks Track Meet is for 2018 CityParks Track participants only.

Please complete all parts of this form. Please retain/print your confirmation email and bring with you to the meet. A tentative schedule of the days events can be found here. Please print the meet schedule to know when your child's event takes place. 

Registration closes on Wednesday, August 8 at 11:59pm.

Please note that there is free parking at Icahn Stadium and that no hard coolers are permitted.

City Parks Foundation will provide limited bus transportation from the following locations on a first come, first serve basis. Busses are not available for camps/groups or schools. Busses depart between 8:15am and 8:30am depending on the pick up location. Please be sure to make note of the pick up time if you require transportation. All busses depart Icahn Stadium at 2:30pm. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to space limitations, transportation is limited to 1 participant and 1 parent/guardian only. All participants must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or be traveling with a parent/guardian of another participant. Each bus will also be accompanied by a CPF Staff member. Busses are not available for camps/groups/schools. 





Step 5: Waiver

I am the parent or guardian of this applicant.  I consent to allow my child to participate in the CityParks Track and Field instructional program conducted by City Parks Foundation. In consideration of the services of City Parks Foundation, as well as their agents, officers, participants, consultants, employees, and all persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter referred to as CPF), I now agree to release & discharge CPF on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, Personal representatives and estate as follows:


1) I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all risks existing in this program and inherent to athletic activities that, include running, jumping or throwing..   I acknowledge the activities of this program entail known & unanticipated risks, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or damage to my child, to property or to third parties. I understand that such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the program activities. In an effort to minimize those risks I agree to follow all safety requirements and make use of any safety equipment provided. My child’s participating in this program is purely voluntary and I elect to allow my child to participate in spite of the risks.


2) I understand by signing this waiver I give permission for my child to receive emergency first aid treatment /CPR by Parks or CPF employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, or other representatives. If my child requires emergency medical care and I cannot be reached, I give my consent to Parks to obtain the necessary medical care for my child which includes transportation by car or ambulance to an emergency center for treatment. I agree to pay all of the costs associated with the emergency medical care that my child receives. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me before and after medical care is provided.


3) Both my child and I agree that when he or she is participating in the Program, we will cooperate promptly and fully with all directions of CPF personnel. We also agree that we will follow all CPF and facility Rules and Regulations, and all applicable City, State and Federal laws, rules and regulations. We understand that  failure to behave appropriately may result in removal from the Program.


4) I grant CPF and its subsidiaries, the right to videotape, film, and photograph my child, and the right, in perpetuity, to use my child’s name, likeness, biographical information and voice in all forms of media (including the internet) in connection with CPF advertising and promotion.
